Serving Ohio With Integrity and Commitment | Experience, Knowledge, Value
Dan J. Binau has worked to provide genuine service, quality and value to his clients for over 40 years. Mr. Binau has a strong track record of successfully resolving business litigation, commercial real estate and personal injury cases. His experience covers a broad range of business related matters including contract issues, partnership and shareholder disputes as well as commercial debt collection. Mr. Binau enjoys working with developers and landlords on commercial real estate issues. In many cases this involves regaining possession of commercial premises and recovering damages associated with the previous occupancy.
Mr. Binau builds a strong relationship with his clients, and works from the outset to help them understand their legal options, and to provide realistic expectations for each strategy. His experience in plaintiff’s injury and trial work, and pursuing business interests in court is a unique asset to his clients. If a client wishes to address a matter with vigor, Mr. Binau will aggressively pursue all available legal remedies to accomplish a successful outcome. For some clients, it’s a matter of seeking the best possible resolution in a cost-effective manner. He is responsive to his client’s calls and emails, and usually reconnects with them later that day whenever possible.
Outside of the office Mr. Binau enjoys playing golf and being active with his family, friends and clients. He enjoys traveling with his wife, and visiting their family and friends throughout the United States and Europe.
